This is where the ball starts rolling. Once you’ve chosen your client you must move forward with specific assessment tests. Everyone must go through this process with every client because we want to make sure we are hiring the best of the best. Being a work from home agent can seem awesome because you are your own boss, but you must make sure you’re able to handle the basic necessities of the position.
- Can you speak clearly with the customer?
- Will you put the customer first?
- How will you respond to an irate customer?
- Can you solve simple problems?
- Are you able to be consistent with every call?
- Can you follow a script?
If you answered “no” to any of these questions this may not be the best environment for you. These assessments will assure the client that they have made the correct choice in moving forward with their decision to invite you to the next step.
